At the core of Sea Ahead Marine lies our founder, Spiros Paschalis, with a career of over 27 years in the maritime sector. His journey commenced at Attica Group, a renowned player in passenger ferry shipping, where he navigated through various pivotal roles encompassing accounting, finance, operations, new-buildings, and corporate strategy.

 

Spiros Paschalis in 2008, ascended to the role of CEO of Superfast Ferries, which led to his emergence as dynamic leader. His career reached a pinnacle in 2012 when he was appointed as the CEO of the entire Attica Group, steering the company through diverse challenges such as strategic expansions, crisis management, mergers, and acquisitions.

 

Throughout his tenure, Spiros Paschalis played a crucial role in numerous sale and purchase (S&P) transactions, contract negotiations, and strategic planning initiatives. His forward-thinking approach to asset and corporate financing, digitalization processes, product development, and customer care has left an indelible mark on the industry.
